Quilting
Quilting group meets every 3rd Sunday following our fellowship time. Come and join this special time as we sew and make quilts to give to those that are in need.
Bible Study
Bible Study takes place the 2nd and 4th Mondays. Dee Ozburn leads this special time. Time is 1:00 pm. Join this special time to learn more about the love of God.
HOLIDAY GIVINGCan you believe it??!! Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming soon. Food, gifts, families, and friends are in our thoughts Our households also often look for opportunities to make the holidays special for those who might not have as many resources as ourselves. Here at St. Paul we have traditionally offered options that may be just the ticket for your holiday giving. |
PRESCHOOL NEWS…
Fall has been a wonderful time in our classroom! We have been learning about how God blesses us with seasonal change and recently we learned about how God’s love for us is like the life of a pumpkin!
God picks us because we are precious and special in his sight, just like we do when we want to pick our own special pumpkin to carve! Next, God removes all the “yuckies and gooeys” (preschool speak) from us and makes us clean, just like what it looks like to prepare a pumpkin for carving.
Lastly, God makes us into something new and beautiful, like we see after we have carved a masterpiece into our pumpkin. The children really latched on to this lesson and I see God working so mightily in their little lives! Thank you to the congregation for your constant love and support for our program. We would not be what we are without you!
